Week 2 — the survey said something I didn't expect
What I did
Sent a survey to consultants about admin time. My mom sent it to 30 people she used to work with, 10 answered. Found someone on r/ClaudeAI who built this for himself and turned it into a product.
What broke
I thought the problem was formatting and house style. It isn’t. Four of the five detailed answers described the same thing a different way: the AI doesn’t follow what came before. One person said she has to keep retraining it, another said it doesn’t keep up with changes they’d already worked on together, another said he has to repeat instructions when the background should already be there.

Still don’t know how often the problem happens or whether anyone would pay for it. Emailed two people so far who left their addresses.
